Phone vs. Elephant [the eternal struggle]

...An addition to my last post. Another old painting. It was, again, a mock illustration for a kids' poem called "Eletelephony", if I remember correctly.
I painted it more than a year ago, but I just added in the fez, and in my opinion, it made the whole thing come together. It was somewhat boring otherwise, though the hat didn't come out as visible in the scan [it was kinda a bad scan altogether]. Acrylic on board.



Most of the stuff I've done more recently has been larger, so I'll have to take photos. And, I'll probably throw up some sketches and dook.
